The Light Source is an object that emits a light, using an internal battery rather than iridium. This allows it to create light in cramped places where pipes would make it inaccessible.

- Good for lighting up the dark areas underground
- Very cheap to manufacture
Cons
- Easily destroyed
- Can be spotted by enemies
- Character already has a light on them
