The Standard Tank is a very commonly used tank in Eclipsis. It holds 660 iridium, more than twice the amount of the Small Tank. It is relatively small, and due to its low cost, is used early-game. However, the main reason why its used quite often is that unlike all the other tanks, it has a Refill Console attached to it, allowing players to quickly refill themselves early-game when they do not have Distributors and such. Due to its compact size, this tank is also often brought on Hover Barges to store iridium. Later in the game, Large Tanks are much more commonly used for storing a large amount of due to their large iridium capacity. However, two Standard Tanks have a capacity of 1320 iridium, a single Large Tank has a capacity of 1100 iridium and takes up more space than two Standard Tanks. If one wants to prioritize efficiency, they should use two Standard Tanks instead of a large tank.
